About Miss Jessica
Hello! My name is Jessica! I am a fourth year teacher, my third at Brennan-Rogers. I am a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University with majors in special education, elementary education, and communication disorders. I also received my Masters in Autism Spectrum Disorders from SCSU. I am currently working toward my 6th year degree in applied behavior analysis.
I am very passionate about what I do. Students work hard each and every day toward their individual goals by advancing in their academic skills, with a strong emphasis on social and communication skills, as well. I make sure that each and every one of my students has the opportunity to succeed and reach their full potential. While my job is to teach my students as much as I can each day, they are teaching me everyday, too! It's such a rewarding experience!
When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, shopping, being outdoors, and spending time at the gym doing CrossFit and weightlifting.
